I had made a request for a plan change on 18th Jan , this is the request number 40030142, as per this my plan change should have taken place on 26th Jan , but I noticed its not been done. After calling and following up for last 5 days, today I was told it would only be changed after 26th Feb and a difference will be credited to my account. The lady failed to tell me what this difference in amount or GB’s
This has upset my business plans severely, I would like to put in a strong complaint on this for the pathetic customer service you provide, who never escalate the calls, and promise to call in 2 hours and never call back!
Please let me know how are you going to compensate my loss??
